When contacting us, please include your device model and OS version, the app version, the name of your childcare center, and a screenshot or the steps to reproduce the issue.

常見問題 / FAQ

1. 我要如何取得帳號？

愛兒寶採中心授權制。老師帳號由所屬托嬰／幼兒園中心的管理者建立，家長帳號則由中心於幼兒建檔時一併開通。若你尚未取得帳號，請先聯絡孩子所在的中心；若中心無法協助，請來信 support@grorich.com.tw。

Accounts are provisioned by your childcare center. Please contact your center first; if they cannot help, email us at support@grorich.com.tw.

2. 忘記密碼怎麼辦？

請於登入畫面點選「忘記密碼」，系統會寄送重設連結至你註冊的電子郵件。若未收到信件，請確認垃圾郵件匣，或來信客服信箱由我們協助重設。

Use “Forgot password” on the login screen. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or email our support team.

3. 藍牙量測裝置（體溫計／體重計）要如何連線？

本 App 支援藍牙體溫計與藍牙體重計，可將量測數值自動帶入幼兒的健康紀錄。使用步驟：

開啟 iPhone 的「設定 → 藍牙」，確認藍牙已啟用。
首次使用時，App 會請求藍牙權限，請選擇「允許」。
開啟量測裝置電源，於 App 內進入「體溫」或「體重」紀錄頁面，點選量測按鈕。
App 會自動搜尋並連線鄰近的藍牙裝置，量測完成後數值會自動填入紀錄欄位。
若搜尋不到裝置，請確認裝置電量、與手機距離在 1 公尺內，並重新開關一次藍牙。

The app connects to Bluetooth thermometers and weight scales to automatically fill in measurement records. Enable Bluetooth, grant the Bluetooth permission, power on the device, and tap the measure button in the Temperature or Weight page.

4. App 為什麼需要相機與相簿權限？

老師使用相機拍攝幼兒在園所的生活照片（例如用餐、活動、午睡情形），或從相簿選取既有照片，上傳至相簿功能後供家長查看幼兒當日狀況。你可隨時於「設定 → 隱私權與安全性」中調整這些權限，不授權亦可使用其他功能。

Camera and Photo Library access are used by teachers to capture or select photos of children’s daily activities, which are then uploaded to the album so that parents can see how their child is doing that day.

5. 如何修改或刪除我的帳號與資料？

幼兒與家長資料由所屬中心維護。若你希望修改或刪除帳號及相關資料，請與孩子所在的托嬰／安親／幼兒中心聯絡；若中心無法處理，請來信 support@grorich.com.tw，我們會在 1 個工作日內協助。

To modify or delete your account and data, please contact your childcare center, or email support@grorich.com.tw and we will assist you within 1 business day.

6. 收不到推播通知？

請確認「設定 → 通知 → 愛兒寶」已開啟允許通知，且裝置未處於低耗電模式或勿擾模式。若仍未收到，請重新登入一次 App 以更新推播權杖。

Check Settings → Notifications → iBaby, and make sure notifications are allowed. Signing out and back in will refresh the push token.

7. 支援的系統版本？

本 App 支援 iOS 13.0 以上版本。建議將 iOS 與 App 更新至最新版本，以獲得最完整的功能與安全性更新。

The app supports iOS 13.0 and later. We recommend keeping both iOS and the app up to date.
